Local Pickup

Most items are available for local pickup unless otherwise noted on the product page. Customers choosing pickup must select Local Pickup during checkout and then choose from the available pickup dates and times provided.

Weather Holds & Safety

For animal safety, live animals will not be shipped when forecasted temperatures are above 85°F or below 45°F along the shipping route. In addition, live animal shipping is paused from December 1 through January 15 because holiday-season carrier delays create a higher risk to safe arrival. We also reserve the right to hold or delay any live animal shipment whenever known carrier issues, weather events, or industry-reported shipping disruptions may affect safe delivery.
